1. Acceptance of terms

By installing or using the CurioTab browser extension or accessing the CurioTab website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use CurioTab.

2. What CurioTab does

CurioTab is a free browser extension and website that helps you discover curated product deals. When you open a new tab, CurioTab may show:

• Hand picked product deals from various retailers
• Affiliate links that redirect you to third party merchant sites
• Simple widgets such as bookmarks, notes, and optional weather

CurioTab does not require you to create an account or provide personal information in order to use it.

3. Use of the extension

You may use CurioTab for personal, non commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable browser or store policies (for example, the Chrome Web Store Developer Agreement and Program Policies).

You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the operation of CurioTab, or to use it in a way that could damage, disable, or overburden our services or those of our partners.

4. Intellectual property

The CurioTab name, logo, website content, and extension code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You are granted a limited, non exclusive, revocable license to use the extension and site for their intended purpose.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from CurioTab, except as allowed by applicable law or with our prior written permission.

5. Affiliate disclosure

CurioTab participates in affiliate programs, including the Amazon Associates Program. This means we may earn a commission when you click an affiliate link and make a purchase on a retailer's site.

These commissions help support CurioTab and allow us to offer the extension for free. Affiliate links do not change the price you pay as a customer.

6. External links and retailers

CurioTab links to third party websites, including retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, and others. These sites are not controlled by us, and we are not responsible for:

• The content, policies, or practices of any third party site
• Shipping, returns, customer service, or product quality
• Any damages or issues arising from purchases made on third party sites

When you leave CurioTab and visit a retailer, your activity there is governed by that retailer's own terms of use and privacy policy.

7. No warranties

CurioTab is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• Any particular deal, price, or product will be available
• Information displayed on CurioTab is always accurate or up to date
• The extension or website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CurioTab and its owners, contributors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of CurioTab or any third party website accessed through CurioTab.

This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination and discontinuation

You may stop using CurioTab at any time by uninstalling the extension and ceasing to visit the website.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue CurioTab (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you. We may also disable or remove the extension from stores if required by platform policies or law.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of CurioTab will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware.

11. Changes to the service

We may modify the design, features, or content of CurioTab over time as the product evolves. We are not obligated to maintain any particular feature set or to provide ongoing support.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of CurioTab after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
